Dating Problems

So, people have always told me that planning weddings is stressful, but I always thought I'd be super laid back and chill and everything would work out grandly.  Hmm...well, I've already been in tears numerous times just trying to figure out a proper date to have a wedding.  And, that decision in particular is even more highlighted because it's the first question everyone always asks.  

One has to consider: What does everyone want?  What does Darren want?  What do I want?  And then it just gets more and more complex as one starts analyzing all viewpoints of every decision very systemically, like I sometimes do (If we do this, then this good thing can happen, but then this bad thing would happen and we wouldn't be able to have this...etc. etc. etc.).  Hmm...

Spain Itinerary 2009

So last spring break I went to France, Spain, Gibraltar, and Morocco...and got engaged!  Here is a small itinerary of what went down. 

Thursday, March 19: Fly out of LAX to Paris, France.  We leave 45 minutes late

Friday, March 20: Arrive in Paris, miss connection, stay in Paris with time to walk around the city and see the Notre Dame, Louvre, and Eiffel Tower

Saturday, March 21: Arrive in Sevilla, don't get luggage, meet Stella and Jason, get cafe con leche, walk around, ciclobus around the park, eat tapas

Sunday, March 22: Sevilla: flamenco in the street, Alcazar, Santa Cruz district, chocloteria

Monday, March 23: Sevilla Cathedral, train to Cordoba, see Mezquita, tower, and waterfall of books in Cordoba, finally get luggage!

Tuesday, March 24: rent a Ford Fiesta and drive through White Hill Towns: Arcos, Zahara, Grazelema, Ronda, and El Chorro

Wednesday, March 25: El Chorro-El Camino del Rey, PROPOSAL!, Climbing at Los Cotos section, eat in hole in the wall restaurant in Alora

Thursday, March 26: Climb in Escalera Arabe section of El Chorro

Friday, March 27: drive to Malaga to meet Stella and Jason, Picasso Museum, drive to and hike around Gibraltar and see the apes, stay at a hostel in Tarifa

Saturday, March 28: take catamaran over to Morocco and take all day tour with Aziz, take ferry back, eat at a vegetarian restaurant, drive back to Sevilla

Sunday, March 29: EARLY morning flight back to LAX, watch around 4 movies, see Brian Litrell and family in LAX
