For once, Darren and I stuck around the Springs two weekends ago and explored the area. Darren was stoked to find ice climbers and a local place to go ice climbing.
Then we traveled about an hour to Colorado's premiere winter sport climbing area: Shelf Road. It is made up of limestone--quite a rare thing in the U. S.
Holiday celebration! During the week, Darren got us a stubby tree for some holiday cheer. I like its petiteness; it fits our petite house.
