Darren sining "America the Beautiful" on top of Pikes Peak. The lady that wrote it, Katharine Lee Bates, was inspired to write the song after looking out upon the land from Pikes Peak.
Pikes Peak is famous for its homemade donuts at the top of the mountain. Darren said that when he hiked it last weekend, he could smell them from hundreds of feet below the summit.
