Additional Concepts
Angola (form of capoeira with lots of traditional movements made popular by Mestre Pastinha; lots of rules; done often close to ground, very sneaky, some say it looks lazy, ginga goes back onto heels; calls done hitting every central body joint until hand and then move forward and backward)
Benguela (capoeira-ish with more movements done on a line; mixture of Angola and Regional; low to the ground; close movements like cogs in a wheel; created by Mestre Bimba)
